A Luton vicar exorcised a house of a spirit that had terrorised two young women for seven weeks. Judy Thomson and Rosita McFadden called in the Rev John Watson, vicar of St Luke’s Church, when weird noises and strange happenings at their old terraced house in Leagrave became too much to bear.
The women complained of things going missing, returning home to find make-up and talcum powder scattered all over the floor, hammering noises on the ceiling and drawers in a chest opening and closing by themselves.
Judy said: “Since the exorcism the house has been so calm. It feels like a great burden has been lifted.”
