A ghost writer of the past?
Western Daily Press Reporter.
Employees at a Lyme Regis printing company will not work alone at night. The premises are haunted, they say. The manager, Mr Michael Woodward, agrees with them. He would welcome the services of an exorcist, he says. Mr Woodward and members of his staff have heard ghostly whispering, banging doors, footsteps in empty rooms and ringing internal phones. Padlocked doors have mysterious been undone.
“I walked into an upstairs room and it was like entering an ice box,” said 31-year-old Mr Woodward. “Downstairs it was warm.”
Recently employees at the Royal Lion hotel in Broad Street, just a few yards up the road from the printing company said this was haunted. The management denied it.
