A ghost who switches on the tv set.
Two policemen and a spiritualist spent a night in a haunted house last night, investigating the case of a noisy ghost. The ghost switches on the television set, turns on gas taps, and creates a deafening banging at night in a 100-year-old flat in High-road, Tottenham.
“It’s driving us mad,” said Mr Standley Woodbridge. His frightened wife is living with relations. The Woodbridges think the ghost is of a customer of the betting shop downstairs, who had a big win, but never collected it.
